Refund and Returns Policy

Terms of Return and Refund policy:

  • Return Period: 14 calendar days after customer receives item.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the return shipping fee.
  • Customer must make sure the item(s) will be safely packed for return.
  • Item must be returned in its original package along with Guarantee card & Instructions.
  • Product must not be used or damaged.
  • State of watch during return: Unworn,  unused, unscratched.
  • Product must have the receipt.

  • Process of refund: Upon receival and inspection of the product, the whole invoiced sum will be refunded to your account from where the payment was made.

We reserve the right to decline a return of item, if:

  • Item is scratched and/or has been used.
  • Item has been worn.
  • Item is not returned in its original package along with its Guarantee card and payment receipt.
  • Item is returned after the return period has expired.

Claims and Repairs during the 2-years Guarantee Period:

  • The Manufacturer’s Guarantee Card (supplied during purchase), must be presented for any Under Guarantee claims. (All watches sold by us, are accompanied by the Manufacturer’s Guarantee Card.)
  • The Guarantee covers issues related to the working of the watch.
  • The Guarantee does not cover the battery, strap, broken/damaged/scratched case parts such as Glass or Crown, or misuse of the watch in conditions beyond the watch’s specifications.
